TERMS and CONDITIONS

Le Belvedere Apt 98 is a privately owned apartment that is also used as our holiday home. We have tried to keep costs to our guests as low as possible and therefore do not employ a Management Agency.  We ask our guests to take care of our apartment and all items provided for your comfort and enjoyment so that others may do so in the future.

  • A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking (we recommend that you check availability prior to booking).
  • Confirmation will only be confirmed once cheques have cleared.
  • Full balance is payable 8 weeks before the rental period starts. If the full balance is not paid by this time we reserve the right to re-let the apartment.
  • Refunds after this time will only be paid if we are able to re-let the apartment. We recommend that you consider taking out holiday insurance to cover the cost of cancellations.
  • Prices are based on rental of the apartment in its entirety, the apartment sleeps up to 6 adults, part bookings are not accepted.
  • Le Belvedere is strictly no smoking. If you must smoke outside please clear up any cigarette butts and matches before departure.
  • Pets are not allowed except at the owner’s discretion.
  • Children are welcome and a cot and high chair is available for use by guests.
  • Guests are not allowed to sub-let all or part of the apartment at Le Belvedere.
  • We accept no liability for accidents, damage or loss inside or outside the apartment. Guests are advised to take out adequate holiday insurance where appropriate.
  • Please be extra careful when using the cooker hob as it could break if heavy objects are dropped on to it.
  • Please do not wear outside footwear inside the apartment to prevent damage to the floors and minimize cleaning.
  • The apartment is located in a block of other apartments, please be considerate to our neighbours and do not cause unnecessary disturbance.
  • We aim to keep rental costs down for our guests and so, due to the high costs associated with local Management Agencies, we do not formally provide linen or towels.If you use ours we would ask you to arrange for it to be washed. Duvets and pillows are provided but the bed linen you may require is as follows:
    • One kingsize bed (comprised of two single mattresses) with two pillows and a kingsize duvet;
    • Three single beds with pillow and single duvet; and
    • One double sofa bed with two pillows and double duvet.
  • Final cleaning of the apartment is included in the cost of the rental. If you wish to do your own cleaning you may deduct CHF100 from the weekly rental. You would be required to carry out basic cleaning of the apartment before you leave, including floors, bathrooms and the kitchen.  Basic cleaning products have been provided.
  • Please empty the fridge / freezer and turn it off before you leave.
  • All crockery, glassware, pans and utensils must be clean and put away in the appropriate cupboards. The dishwasher must be empty.
  • Please remove all rubbish from the apartment at the end of your stay. There are rubbish collection points sited at various points on the road in Les Collons.
  • If items are broken or damage caused we would expect our guest to inform us as soon as possible so that we can replace items or make repairs as necessary.
